Leading The Way: Effective leadership and teamwork course

Who should attend?

All managers, team leaders, from any discipline, to put into practice the theory and principles of leadership. The techniques can also be useful in strategic sales roles e.g .Key Accounts Managers.

Course information

Delegate numbers: 10 maximum. Suggested 6-8
Minimum duration 2 days but suggested 3 days.


There isn’t any actual role play, but a lot of participation of real life examples and workshop required, as well as pre-course work and some evening work.
