Our process involves several stages before any course, which allow us to create training tailored to you, your team, the business and industry, and specific requirements.
- Initial enquiry by phone or email from you to us
- Agree on initial meeting date
- A meeting take place virtually or by phone to discuss your needs & your objectives for training
- Agree on fees, timescales and requirements for training
- Sign Ts&Cs
- Additional virtual/ phone meeting with line managers (if required)
- Pre-work sent out to all delegates for completion at least 2- 3 weeks pre-course
- Individual, tailored workshop written by Vital Spark's team
- Workbook for workshop written by Vital Spark's team
- Workshop delivered by Vital Spark at the location of choice
- Action plans completed by delegates sent to the line manager & Vital Spark Consultant
- Electronic certificate delivered to candidates
- Managers take ownership of coaching and follow up
